First you have to go to youtube and click the embed button on the video you want to insert in your post. Then copy the html code. Then go to your blog and mark new post. Open a 'new post' (make sure it's in 'html' tag and not under the 'compose' tag) paste the html code you have copied and tutto e pronto!
